ただ一つ問題がありまして…。
先日の報道では、
ワクチン1億2千万回分を供給へ アストラゼネカと合意：朝日新聞デジタル
日本国内では来年1月～3月の供給に向けて体制整備へ
とのことでした。。。
いやいや遅すぎでしょ。。。
『日本での新型コロナワクチン開発を担当する田中倫夫執行役員』は
『臨床試験が終われば、早ければ来月にもイギリスで
供給が始まるかもしれない。
日本への供給もできるだけ遅れないよう早く開始したい』
とおっしゃっているようで、
『日本人のデータは非常に限られたものになる可能性が高い。
期待された効果とウイルスの脅威を考えると
前に進むべきだと考えているが、
限られたデータでどういう安全対策を打てるか
厚生労働省と議論が必要。』
と、どうやら人種の違いによる安全性について
考えないといけないとおっしゃっているようですね。

18歳～55歳の45人を対象に行った試験の結果
ワクチン接種から21日後には
すべての人の血液から抗体が検出され、
しかもウイルスの動きを弱める中和抗体の量も上昇
していたとのことです！！
中和抗体は感染して回復した人の1.9倍～4.6倍もあったとのこと…。
ちなみに接種した人の半分以上が頭痛などがあったとのことですが、
健康への深刻な影響は報告されなかったとのことです。
このワクチンも最終段階の臨床試験に入っていて、
早ければ10月にも承認へ、とのことでした！
ただこちらも…この記事で気になるのは、
『日本政府も来年6月末までに6000万人分の供給を受けることで合意しています。』
…え、来年6月…？
遅すぎ…。
ただこれも新型コロナの特例で早くなってくれるのを
期待しましょう！
それにしてもオックスフォード大とアストラゼネカの
新型コロナワクチンもそうですが、
副作用の頭痛は同じくあるようですね。
健康への深刻な影響はないとのことでしたので
ただ単に軽い頭痛、とかなのかなという感じですが…。
そう考えるとこの『ファイザー』のワクチンと
『オックスフォード×アストラゼネカ』のワクチンは
効果、副作用も含めてほぼ同じ感じなんでしょうかね？
だとすると、
オックスフォード大のワクチンのほうが
同じ初期段階の効果の発表が先月7月21日にありましたので、
1カ月ほど早く世の中に出てきそうです。

だったそうです。
これは人数が多いほど感染が広がっているということ。
東京や大阪などの都市に比べて人口が少ない分
沖縄の感染者数の激増が目立ちます。。

東京よりも沖縄のほうが人口に対しての感染者数が多く、
そして大阪・福岡・愛知も東京とほとんど変わらない
というのも怖い所です。。

ホストクラブで「クラスター」…「無職」と申告、対応に遅れ（読売新聞）
昨日14日は6人の感染が確認されていますが、
このホストクラブの最初の感染者の10代の男性は
7日に感染が確認された時『無職』と申告していたそうです。。
店は7日から休業していたようで
14日に感染がわかった6人のうち5人は
『無職』と申告した男性より先に発熱などの症状があったとのこと。
『無職』と申告したのが
お店の指示かどうかはわかりませんが、
確実にそれで市の調査が進まず対応が遅れたようで
これが一番困りますよね。。。

新型コロナウイルスの感染状況を
ステージごとに判断する6つの指標
の最新データを都道府県別に公表したそうです。

この指標は1~4段階まであって、
『ステージ4』は緊急事態宣言発令を検討する段階
とのこと。。
愛知や東京、大阪は
『ステージ3』に3~4項目が該当しているそうです。
緊急事態宣言発令のラインギリギリですね。。
そして沖縄に関しては
もうすべての指標で『ステージ4』で、
ベッドに対する入院者の割合に関しては
もう71.1%まで上昇しているようです。
沖縄は(土曜日のせいもあってか)今日の感染者数は48人と
久々に50人を切りましたが、
県独自の緊急事態宣言の効果が
そろそろでてくるといいですね。。
そして最後にワクチンの話題ですが、

18歳～55歳の45人を対象に行った試験の結果
ワクチン接種から21日後には
すべての人の血液から抗体が検出され、
しかもウイルスの動きを弱める中和抗体の量も上昇
していたとのことです！！
中和抗体は感染して回復した人の1.9倍～4.6倍もあったとのこと…。
ちなみに接種した人の半分以上が頭痛などがあったとのことですが、
健康への深刻な影響は報告されなかったとのことです。
このワクチンも最終段階の臨床試験に入っていて、
早ければ10月にも承認へ、とのことでした！
この記事で気になるのは、
『日本政府も来年6月末までに6000万人分の供給を受けることで合意しています。』
…え、来年6月…？
遅すぎ…。
ただこれも新型コロナの特例で早くなってくれるのを
期待しましょう！
それにしてもオックスフォード大とアストラゼネカの
新型コロナワクチンもそうですが、
副作用の頭痛は同じくあるようですね。
健康への深刻な影響はないとのことでしたので
ただ単に軽い頭痛、とかなのかなという感じですが…。
そう考えるとこの『ファイザー』のワクチンと
『オックスフォード×アストラゼネカ』のワクチンは
効果、副作用も含めてほぼ同じ感じなんでしょうかね？
だとすると、
オックスフォード大のワクチンのほうが
同じ初期段階の効果の発表が先月7月21日にありましたので、
1カ月ほど早く世の中に出てきそうです。

『臨床試験が終われば、早ければ来月にもイギリスで
供給が始まるかもしれない。
日本への供給もできるだけ遅れないよう早く開始したい』
とおっしゃっているようで、
『日本人のデータは非常に限られたものになる可能性が高い。
期待された効果とウイルスの脅威を考えると
前に進むべきだと考えているが、
限られたデータでどういう安全対策を打てるか
厚生労働省と議論が必要。』

これは人数が多いほど感染が広がっているということ。

ワクチン接種から21日後には
すべての人の血液から抗体が検出され、

していたとのことです！！
中和抗体は感染して回復した人の1.9倍～4.6倍もあったとのこと…。
ちなみに接種した人の半分以上が頭痛などがあったとのことですが、
健康への深刻な影響は報告されなかったとのことです。
このワクチンも最終段階の臨床試験に入っていて、
早ければ10月にも承認へ、とのことでした！
この記事で気になるのは、
『日本政府も来年6月末までに6000万人分の供給を受けることで合意しています。』
…え、来年6月…？
遅すぎ…。
ただこれも新型コロナの特例で早くなってくれるのを
期待しましょう！
それにしてもオックスフォード大とアストラゼネカの
新型コロナワクチンもそうですが、
副作用の頭痛は同じくあるようですね。
健康への深刻な影響はないとのことでしたので
ただ単に軽い頭痛、とかなのかなという感じですが…。
そう考えるとこの『ファイザー』のワクチンと
『オックスフォード×アストラゼネカ』のワクチンは
効果、副作用も含めてほぼ同じ感じなんでしょうかね？
だとすると、
オックスフォード大のワクチンのほうが
同じ初期段階の効果の発表が先月7月21日にありましたので、
1カ月ほど早く世の中に出てきそうです。

各地の『人口10万人あたりの感染者数』は…

だったそうです。
これは人数が多いほど感染が広がっているということ。
東京や大阪などの都市に比べて人口が少ない分
沖縄の感染者数の激増が目立ちます。。

東京よりも沖縄のほうが人口に対しての感染者数が多く、
そして大阪・福岡・愛知も東京とほとんど変わらない
というのも怖い所です。。

本日東京の新規感染者数は少なかったですが
各都道府県の感染者数は多かったので、
明日の東京の新規感染者数はちょっと怖いですね…。

オックスフォードとアストラゼネカのワクチン
の話ではないのですが、
日本が一番最初に供給契約をした
の2社で共同開発している
初期段階の効果の結果が発表されました！

18歳～55歳の45人を対象に行った試験の結果
ワクチン接種から21日後には
すべての人の血液から抗体が検出され、
しかもウイルスの動きを弱める中和抗体の量も上昇
していたとのことです！！
中和抗体は感染して回復した人の1.9倍～4.6倍もあったとのこと…。
ちなみに接種した人の半分以上が頭痛などがあったとのことですが、
健康への深刻な影響は報告されなかったとのことです。
このワクチンも最終段階の臨床試験に入っていて、
早ければ10月にも承認へ、とのことでした！
この記事で気になるのは、
『日本政府も来年6月末までに6000万人分の供給を受けることで合意しています。』
…え、来年6月…？
遅すぎ…。
ただこれも新型コロナの特例で早くなってくれるのを
期待しましょう！
それにしてもオックスフォード大とアストラゼネカの
新型コロナワクチンもそうですが、
副作用の頭痛は同じくあるようですね。
健康への深刻な影響はないとのことでしたので
ただ単に軽い頭痛、とかなのかなという感じですが…。
そう考えるとこの『ファイザー』のワクチンと
『オックスフォード×アストラゼネカ』のワクチンは
効果、副作用も含めてほぼ同じ感じなんでしょうかね？
だとすると、
オックスフォード大のワクチンのほうが
同じ初期段階の効果の発表が先月7月21日にありましたので、
1カ月ほど早く世の中に出てきそうです。

『臨床試験が終われば、早ければ来月にもイギリスで
供給が始まるかもしれない。
日本への供給もできるだけ遅れないよう早く開始したい』
とおっしゃっているようで、
『日本人のデータは非常に限られたものになる可能性が高い。
期待された効果とウイルスの脅威を考えると
前に進むべきだと考えているが、

また感染者が出たんですね。。。怖すぎる。。
